The buyer must show proof that the item does not function properly in order to make a return.
NON-Return Items: New Item is scratched or damage and custom orders.
Non-functioning items will be provided with a complimentary shipping return label, but for other reasons, the buyer must contact us first via email or phone, and a 15% restock fee will apply.
